Jalan Tun Mustapha is a major road that comes in from the outskirts of the Federal Territory of Labuan into the town center. It travels across several landmarks, ferrying the people who work in the financial hub around the south.
Landmarks and Subroads
Jalan Tun Mustapha starts from the north when Jalan Pohon Batu and Jalan Mohammed Salleh meet. From there, it heads to the city which will pass by the likes of Taman Wong Wo Lo and Kampung Jawa.

After that, it will pass the Jalan Rancha-Rancha junction before reaching the Capital Investment Bank section. Credit Suisse AG is around here as well and you will then cross the river. You will then reach Masjid Jamek An-Nur and then to Sekolah Kebangsaan Pekan Satu and Dua respectively. This road will then terminate at the roundabout leading to Jalan Merdeka and towards the Labuan Ferry Terminal.
Jalan Tun Mustapha is used by a majority of people working in the financial sector who travel to and from work each day. Apart from that, families coming in from the north use Jalan Tun Mustapha to send their children to school and back.
Similarly with other parts of Labuan, the traffic conditions here is moderate to low. However, the area where the schools are can sometimes be peak to super peak particularly during rush hours.
