As such, traffic can come to a standstill during the morning and evening rush hours. In fact, the evenings are when traffic is extremely slow as people are leaving work and heading out towards the entertainment districts of Bukit Bintang and the Changkat Tong Shin. However, if you are coming in from Jalan Tun Razak, the traffic condition can be low most of the time until you reach the KLCC Convention Centre area. Even during the rush hours, this stretch will only experience moderate traffic conditions. Meanwhile, this stretch is usually low traffic condition during the weekend mornings and start to peak around noon and the evenings, particularly on Saturdays.
