MRR2 connects many prominent locations in Kuala Lumpur together that includes Ampang, Cheras, Pandan Indah, Kepong, Taman Melawati, Bukit Jalil and many others. Due to this, the traffic along MRR2 is always high where cars and vehicles are always seen crawling along the highway. One of the very prominent stretches along MRR2 is at the Selayang are heading out towards Jalan Kuching.
Along this stretch, traffic is often seen at a crawl because it services many motorists heading out and in from the city center. This is mostly seen during the rush hours of morning and evenings as well as on weekends.
The Selayang area stretch in MRR2 provides an exciting option for advertising due to the high traffic happening throughout the day. This is where billboards will be most prominent. However, there are lampposts located along the stretch with some new ones being added recently.
The main audience who uses this stretch of the MRR2 is those who are either visiting Selayang or those who live around here, hence the buying power of the advertising space here range from medium to high based on the income group of the residents here.
