Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock
Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock is a main road in the heart of Kuala Lumpur which is connected to Jalan Pudu that heads up to the north. This road serves a lot of vehicles that travel from both sides of the city coming in from Central Market and continues on until the location where the former Pudu Jail was once located. Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock is an important access road here where it is mainly used by public buses, taxis and private vehicles throughout the day.

Along Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock are various prominent landmarks like the Kota Raya Shopping Center. Here is where there are building wraparounds and posters available for advertising. Apart from that, there are several overhead bridges here which are used for billboards as well. There are limited ad spaces along Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock which is why the demand is very high. Traffic flow along Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock is extremely high. This road is mainly used by public buses and taxies while private vehicles are always stuck in traffic jam here. The super peak traffic flow is very normal during the morning and afternoon rush hours as vehicles are commuting in and out of the city centre and the office buildings located not far around the vicinity. Besides that, the traffic flow here is at peak condition during other hours and throughout Saturdays and Sundays as well.
If you are coming in the Jalan Tun Sambanthan direction, you will most likely experience peak to super peak traffic conditions at most times of the day. This is because the junction connecting Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock with the Klang Bus Stand is always packed with vehicles that travel around the vicinity. Meanwhile, the stretch in front of Kota Raya Shopping Complex can be heavily congested as well and this usually lasts from the morning all the way until late at night.
